Individual Therapy

One-on-one counseling will be tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. There is no topic which is off limits and confidentiality is guaranteed. Each session you will meet with your therapist and facilitate your progress towards your goals. Sessions are unstructured yet guided to ensure healthy and positive development.

Relationship Therapy

Couples who are struggling with conflict will be provided framework through the EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy) model to de-escalate and become closer and more connected.

Groups

Support groups can provide validation, understanding, emotional support, and opportunities for learning coping strategies. Group members can gain insights, build resilience and empower each other. It can also be beneficial for people who have limited support outside of therapy. (No groups are currently running)
